Hand made Patchwork Quilt

A super old hand pieced and stitched quilt using lots of fabrics from a stash covering about 40 years. Victorian through to 1930s. in typical Pembrokeshire style and with two bold and totally different reversable colour combinations .

Its a heavy quilt , weighing in at about 4 kilos . In super sound condition , designed for impact and perfect for a shabby chic interior . Some fading on the perimeter cotton fabrics and the odd minor mark you might expect from a textile of this age.

fabulous somewhat primative stitching that shows on the dark Blue centre on one side . ( this is my favourite bit!) A lovely old quilt, cheerful and dynamic .
