Melin Teifi

Dove Grey & Ecru reversable Welsh tapestry from Raymond Jones at melin Teifi C1980 . A soft and beautiful drape using a Cotton warp & Wool weft . finished with fringes on the two long sides. more Ecru on one side than the other.

Possibly a comission weave it is an unusual bedcover , moving away from Caernarfon and their more recognisable signature designs and also the use of cotton.

Freshly laundered.

Measures 90" x 50" ( 230cm x 128cm) plus the fringes.

Perfect as a runner accross a single, double or even a king.
